For best results, please send your logo in a high-resolution file format such as PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, or EPS. Vector files are ideal. We’ll convert your logo into embroidery format (digitizing) before stitching.

Digitizing is the process of converting your logo into a file readable by our embroidery machines. This is a one-time setup fee, and once digitized, we keep the file on record for future orders.

Standard turnaround is 5–10 business working days after artwork approval and payment. Large or complex orders may take longer, but we always aim to meet your deadlines.

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own garments. Please note that embroidery on customer-supplied items is at your own risk, as we can’t guarantee the same outcome as with our stock.

Yes, we provide both embroidery and garment printing options. We'll recommend the best method based on your design, fabric, and quantity.

Yes. We have a full range of size samples in-store and can help with fitting. Bulk orders can also request size sets for trial before finalizing quantities.

Yes, we offer nationwide shipping. Local pickup is also available from our shop in Wangara, Perth.
