Screen Printing Services is a cost effective way to brand your garments, particularly if you have large designs and/or large print runs with minimal colours. The minimum print run for screen printing is ten garments and thereafter there is a graduated price scale. Wanneroo Uniforms offer high quality personalised screen printing services for work shirts, work uniforms, t shirts and other apparels.

It can also be a good alternative to embroidery as small text and intricate details can be easily achieved. You can use one, two, three or multiple colours, however the price increases with each colour added, therefore it is most cost effective if you use less than three colours. For a quality reproduction, designs that show clear lines will reproduce better than those with colour gradients.  Screen printing is different to thermal transfers. If you have a complicated design with a lot of colours, we can offer you digital printing.

Once the design has been approved by the client, the artwork is ‘burnt’ onto the screen. This process is not permanent and your design is washed off the screen at the end of printing. Therefore, screen set up is required each time you print. Artwork films will only be guaranteed to be kept for 2 years.

Art Work

Discs or email artwork files can be accepted in:
Corel Draw version X4 or earlier
Adobe Illustrator AI or EPS file

They must be PC format with text converted to curves or fonts embedded. Files such as .jpg .tiff. PDF formats can be accepted, however files of these types are bitmap and therefore must be redrawn as vector before printing is possible. Please nominate Pantone colours on files where possible and a hard copy of artwork to accompany computer files is also beneficial.
